I'm gonna guess they are very high. Beems has already confirmed they are going to build a replica of Minnesota's 300 million dollar stadium, which means the plans/design must be complete. So, I'd assume later on in the same day, maybe the next morning.

When we redo the NEZ, are we going to create sufficient space to house the original rules of the spread offense, as created by LHCBS

Keep ku talk to the ku thread.   But you can't compare the cost of our improvements to theirs.   They'll have to spend millions just to reconfigure the seating bowl and remove the track, repair the raw sewage leaks and kick out the rats.
