Can confirm MIR's Verizon 4G awesomeness.  I looked on with intense jealousy this season watching him text and pull up score updates while I held a useless POS ATT device in my hand.

Nothing worse than having your cell phone get clowned by someone else's cell phone.

verizon 4g took a huge step forward this season.  I assume they brought in a mobile tower or were testing something.  my phone didn't work well the first couple games but then got a loooot better.

limestone wall and more video board are my absolute minimums for updates this offseason.  Anything less is a major failure.

I'm fine with it not happening this offseason as long as the NEZ expansion is announced, because I'm sure they'll want to wait til that is done to do the field exterior enhancements and stonework all the way around the field in one phase, not multiple.

EDIT: Video boards need to get done stat, this was about the wall ONLY.

So this seems like a good sign, surprised no one has brought it up.

We are currently working through conceptual plans of our master plan for LHC Bill Snyder Family Stadium to evaluate our next steps. As we refine Phase III we are taking preliminary steps to focus on the audio/visual components of the stadium and Bramlage as it relates to video boards and sound systems, as well as some other key components of the fan and student-athlete experience, and are moving in the right direction to making dramatic improvements in these areas. We’re excited about the progress we are making, and stay tuned for more details as we move forward in the process.

K-State Athletics requests the addition of LHC Bill Snyder
Stadium Master Plan Phase III to the FY 2014 Capital
Improvement plans. This phase would reconfigure the
North end of LHC Bill Snyder Family Stadium, provide
new football operations and training facilities, provi
de new sports medicine facilities, provide new
equipment receiving and storage facilities, provide
new academic support space and facilitate game-day
support. The budget is estimated to be $50 million.
The project will be privately funded and administered
through the K-State Foundation. No State or University
funds would be involved. Actual construction will
start dependent upon scheduling comp
lexities and fund-raising success.

i think all of that hinders on oscar to be quite honest. That and the hiring of the next football coach. Facilities, he gets an A for sure. But what's the point of having a Porsche if you have no license

This might be my favorite thread of all time. Smoke your cigars was pretty entertaining but also very  at times. This is pretty much a constant flow of happiness to my emaw heart.
