Meh, a ton of porto potties and some plywood planks (if rainy).  A little messy, but a small price to pay for future awesomeness.


Actually, I'm sure it will be much better than that but still not luxurious.

i will bury a five dollar bill somewhere in manhattan and pm directions on where to find it to the first person to announce in this thread a date and time and then go within view of that webcam and do something funny so we can watch.

Man the North Side Webcam is just a kick ass potpourri or excitment.

-First off Bobcat guy is just going to town over in the new TV production area.   

-Then there's like 3 Excavators.

-The Big Auger things hasn't moved in awhile.

-Then there's 3 wheel loaders and some dump trucks.

Man. I remember being a young townie around...'93, I'd guess? '95 maybe? And they installed that advertising message board pillar thingy along Kimball. (It's visible in the background of the most recent link posted.) It cost one million dollars and I thought it made us so bigtimey. Was such an exciting time to be a young q@.

North cam currently shows one excavator loading a dump truck and 3 workers sitting on the drilling platform talking about their crazy night at RC Mcgraws.

You should have seen young LSOC's face when that thing popped off and then they parked the semi-trailer with all the bowl trophies underneath.  I almost fainted

Except the westside guy on the excavator is wasting time by spinning 270 degrees to the left for each dump instead of 90 degrees to the right. We need efficiency!

Confession: I don't know what to think about hard hat guy. I mean he is as K-State0 as it gets and is kind of an embarrassment, but in a weird way he's our embarrassment, you know? And like you said, he cheers his brains out for the wild wild cats, especially hoops...even during the really really awful years.

You know what? Just by typing that out I think I figured out how I feel about him. And how I feel about him is good. He should be on the front of Riley County phone books for years to come.

I may disagree with their K-State sports politics (Pro v Anti Currie/Weber), but when the game starts we are all cat fans.  No matter how purple their overalls maybe.
