The suite prices seem awful high...I'd be surprised if they sell out.  I'm sure KSU did a lot of research/comparos, but pricing seems steep.

That's for the current costs, not the costs of what's being built. 

What my friend told me was that there's a reason there are no prices on the current suites.  They're going to try and use this to make major, major, major cash to help fund phases 3-6, and how far we get into that master plan will partially depend on how many of these suites we sell and at what cost.

They're already priced.  I don't know how to attach a pic/pdf, but they are essentially $3000 per seat + $4000 per seat "construction gift" for 5 years for Club seating.  Loge Suite Box seats are $3750 each + $7000 "construction gift" per seat for 5 years.

But apparently I was confused, I am confusing their desire for Capital Giving, with Suite Sales.

The top level suites are a $500K up front committment from what I've been told, then something like $60-$75K a year after that, plus I think each owner has to buy something like 20 season tickets.

Apparently there's 10 of those kinds of suites available.
