BSFS Expansion Thread

That sound system is on the "next year" plan for like the 5th straight year, it's gonna be awesome when it finally gets done in 2020.

I have a pretty amazing unrealistic mental image of what the south and east of BSFS should look like. When I get bored at work this morning I'll MSpaint the crap out of it, I suggest everyone else do the same and we'll forward them to ADJC.

I take it you don't attend many games. I attended my first game in BSFS 20 years ago and it sounds exactly the same now as it did then.

my ears bleed every halftime when i have to hear our stadium announcer introduce the Pride and the sound isn't distributed across the stadium correctly

Any chance we could get "surround sound" for the stadium.  My inlaws just got it and it's amazing because it sounds like stuff is happening all around you during the movie.  Can you imagine hearing the announcer say "Heeeere come the cats!" and it sounds like he's standing right behind you?  Wow.

EDIT: Just realized "heeere come the cats" is basketball, what do they say for football?

New speakers will be great for more jock jams and less stuff from the band. I always think when I go to games "man, I wish we had better speakers so I can hear 'we dem boyz' better".

Looks awesome, really adds to the premium seating and making it look so much bigger without it really being that much bigger.

Good thing it's a slow day at work. The ESC would be a structure with the exact same dimensions as the WSC, but obviously different interior structure/seating on the upper 3/4? levels, facade the same tho, another training table (that's possibly a restaurant or something? I don't know), etc. But the lower levels would extend to the south endzone of course to wrap around.

After dilly dallyin' around with this today, that new ESC would cut capacity on that side quite a bit (I probably got copy/paste happy and added more seats than what would be possible), then of course the south seats/suites would add more.. but it really wouldn't add much total capacity to the stadium at all, it would just be expensive AF.
