so ISU's "club seats" are right behind the goal posts, correct?

Yes.

I'll give you an opinion of whether the seats are total crap after the first game.

you don't have to, I already know they'll suck.  all lower endzone seats do.

I heard some donors are keeping their season tickets for the seat themselves (good sideline) just so they can go in the bar throughout the game.

1. It'd be nice if the Nat got updated more than once every few decades

2. Are students going to Disney World or college? The article says they might lay off professors due to budget concerns while building their lazy river... I do love me a lazy river, but c'mon.

i mean it's a little kstateo, but a little kstateo is also kind of endearing to me. hey guys, this is our video board and we named it after a family. i mean, it's kind of cute. plus the ice family appears to be huge studs so if the video board is what they wanted, then give them the darn video board.

Plus it might be even more kstateo to turn down money based off some sort of weird principle.

The fact that the lazy river is in the shape of an LSU logo is enough for me to be okay with whatever funding measures they need to complete the project.

On the May 2015 KBOR agenda, capital projects FY 2017 and beyond, which also list current and FY 2016 projects.  As always the list is subject to change and amendments.

K-State is projecting all of the NE/Vanier 2.0 to come in at $78 million.  Right now N.E. corner is in FY 2016.   BSFS/Bramlage AV upgrades still slatted at $12 million.  Soccer fields are slatted at $3.3 million.

Projected final price tag for the new business school is $60 million.   Seaton Hall and new Geo-Sciences building were removed from Regents staff recommendations for approval until state funding for part of those projects was finalized.   However they remain on the list.  FYI KU is seeking a crap ton of state capital project support as well.    Yet another new residence hall is sought for the Derby Complex in FY 2019.   McCain Auditorium updates are still a few years out.

WSU is going to expand Koch Arena.

Are you saying all of the current development of vanier 2.0 plus the ne corner is that price tag or just the ne corner?

Of that $78 mill, I hope a couple hundred of that is for the Quikrete to fill in the gap between section 1 and the NW corner.

Is it possible that this thing actually looks worse than the old Vanier?

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008
