I don't think any architects from Populous, let alone siblings thereof, or friends thereof are allowed on this board, so doubtful

I can confirm that renderings exist, but I have no knowledge as to when they will be made public, or the timeframe for when I would not lose friends for telling details about said renderings...

Don't the service vehicles usually come in from the visitors' side? Makes sense that the v-tunnels would thus be bigger.

That's correct.  The ambulance needs as much room as possible to get in and out.  This, of course, is not an insinuating circumstance of the opponent needing a hasty exit in the event of a severe medical emergency.  It is decidedly convenient, though.

So you want both tunnels to be big enough to accommodate an ambulance? Seems like a waste of seats. The tunnels aren't the same size. IIRC, the visitor tunnel is more of a taller box to accommodate the vehicles, whereas the home tunnel is lower and wider. I'm guessing it's wider to accommodate some VIP stuff there.

What was all that business about building a "front porch" to the football program?  Are we to assume that this is just a proverbial front porch in reference to the new look of the NEZ/Vanier, or is this an actual front porch?  To be more specific I'm looking at the top tier of the expanded NEZ bowl.  Is that a walkway with more fan amenities/restrooms, or is additional seating?
