I mean, there is absolutely nothing that I can do to make this kid decide whether or not he's going to come to K-State to play football. It must be exhausting getting all worked up about things you have no control over that may or may not happen.

Staff have done the best they can, loved his visits, said in home went great.  It's his childhood team with a good history in Florida, our staff should be commended if he doesn't flip, if he does, they've still done a good job when it comes to Derricott.

True. But there's nothing you can do to impact wins and losses either. So, guess you don't get worked up over on field results either?

I get worked up about what actually happens. I don't go online and start bitching in anticipation of him being a dumbass and losing winnable games. I wait until he actually does play Jake Waters over Daniel Sams and loses at home to an FCS school.

Shelly Smith said they haven't lost any commits and just one kid that they were recruiting removed UT from their his list leaving Florida, Alabama, and LSU iirc.
