ESPN has taken him off our list as a visitor, doubt that is good news. We really could use another RB this class. Unless Snyder has some transfers coming in that we are unaware of.

I think we'd like two, but we only really need one. We'll have four on scholarship next year, and I think we just grab a walk on or two.

We have a deeper need elsewhere.

I may be off by one, but I had three countbacks last year, so that means we should have 28 to give. We're sitting at 17 now (counting Dayton Valentine grayshirting). So, maybe 10-11 total.

I'm guessing at least 6-8 more on defense, a JUCO WR (or two), a JUCO OL.

Also, I'm betting we undersign a little bit so we have room to offer scholarships to a couple of our walk on guys that have been here for a bit. Snyder likes to do that to keep that pipeline going.

Dvonta Derricot: RAW talent that plays undisciplined. His ultra athleticsm made up for his X and O mistakes. Even though he would end up out of position frequently he still made tons of plays. The Butler O said he was far and away the best LB that they played this year. Coach commented that if he can improve and cut out the mental mistakes he can develop into a solid LB in the Big 12 next year.

Danzel McDaniel: Potentail lockdown CB with size and speed. Gives teams the flexibility to do different things with their safeties because he can play on an island.

Terrel Clinkscales: Best DT hands down in the league, would be a huge get for the Cats. Many schools will not be able to get him qualified so he could end up at KSU because of academic concerns. IN OTHER WORDS. . . Don't assume he is now a lock to be admitted at NU.
