Just got home from work and was shut out from the outside world so I went and watched the iHigh stream archive, saw Waters and Nash commit and Green be a stud on the podium while snacking on pizza, and then immediately after my stream finished Ramirez committed so I pretty much had a waterfall of excitement within 30 minutes.  :ksu:

That being said, I found a Penn State 247 Livestream thread and it's honestly too good to not do a special edition of Gems of the Game Thread...

I scanned 8 pages so you didn't have to.  :gocho:

About the only "pros" of K-state over PSU are they started recruiting him first, and they can go to a crappy bowl.

Wonder if KSU still recruits that other JUCO QB?

Guys - He's probably not going to even start at K-State next year. They already have a HUGE QB competition between the top 2 guys on their roster. K-State sold him a bill of goods but they reality is they already have two QBs who know the system and are already competing for the starting job.

I can't blame a kid that just dominated in a national championship game for wanting at least the possibility of doing on the big stage. KSU is a top program that he'll have a legit chance to win a championship at.

Keep in mind that usually even the best JUCO guys don't come on until the later part of the season.

Yeah like Nigel. And Cam Newton. :dubious: as eff

You ignorant, dumb ass.

You know how you have a thread dedicated to your ignorance and dumbassery?

There is a reason.

Ya, all you haters are now super pumped about Waters committing. HATE, HATE, HATE!

You dumbass

So I said what that was wrong?

You ignored the fact that I said "usually", unless you actually believe that every JUCO is like Cam Newton.

Do you know how sweet it would be to win the Pepper and be going for the MNC @ KU. And I though the (possible) opportunity to do that at our house on my birthday would've been sweet (until Baylor) but this,

I just ran through a quick 2-deep. Talk about exciting, there aren't many "needs" left. Without digging into grays & exactly what we have left to give, here's my remaining wish list combing position of need/recruit quality/interest level.

DT   Delva - Zimmerman
DE   Hardison - Boyd - Meant
CB   Jones - Willis
S      Harding(Had my eye on Trevor Walker for a long time)
OLB   Blanchard - Mack
WR   Stewart(qualify?)
OL   Lacy - Hannon

Is his 'incident' in the school parking lot a few weeks back going to scare LHCBS off?

did he kick a man to death?  cave in a puppy's skull with a brick?  pretty sure those are ok.

He committed as a Safety out of high school, but I haven't watched enough of his IWCC film to see if he fits there at the D1 level.
