I get that you guys are all still trying to be edgy with the idea that Sams is the best QB ever, but seriously what is there to show you he is the answer and better than Waters (39 TDs, 3 Ints 75%) or Marshall, who were the best players in the country at QB at the JUCO level? You can say he is better than Ell all you want, but based off of what? Garbage time runs against Miami? No TD's in almost 2 quarters against OSU? Any one of these three could be the starter next year and Waters is the best out of the three and could end up being as good as dual threat as Klein was his senior year with a much better arm. O'Brien knows his quarterbacks

I agree with that, but I will still think they are the worst even if they do get these guys. Getting them would be a nice sign that they are much better than I've been giving them credit for, but they are still worse than any other recruiting staff at any other BCS program.

 Cody Lee Smith situation right there. Glad you pointed that out.

So he was playing hurt. BFD. Everyone on the defense knew that Sams was going to take a delayed run right up the middle, and they "stopped" him for 5-6 yards each time. I've got enough faith in LHC Bill Snyder to believe that he might just open up the playbook for Sams next year when the game hasn't already been won before he comes in.

However true that might be, there is a pretty high chance that Marshall = Sams and/or Waters > Sams. Waters is a much better version of Florence from Baylor.

Oh god, no. I was not being nit picky. I was just too lazy to look it up, so I asked, because it wouldn't surprise me if there were more. Just wanted to know who they were.

I usually think my dumbassedness is obvious, but I guess that shtick has stuck and it is now hard for me to be taken serious. Oh well, new job starting in a few weeks has me all worried that my time on here is very limited. You won't have to put up with me much longer. Maybe I'll start a thread about it.
