A former Butler QB is starting for LSU. And Cosh beat #5 Blinn last week and Butler is beating #15 Fort Scott 54-14 right now.

Butler beating Blinn is how i found out about those two playing.  You get enough D1 talent on a juco you can win games.  Butler i assume does a good job of holding off other schools from getting placement players.

Yeah, if you have an athletic scholarship of any kind and participate on the FB team, then that person is a counter just like every other player on the team (same 85 man limit and 25 initial rules).

Plus, we'd probaly have to give him a football scholarship anyway, baseball players almost never receive full scholarships...

Are these kids so damn insecure that someone has to "give them love" every single day?  That may be LHCBS way of weaning out the wienies. . ."if you need us to tell you everyday that your shi* don't stink this is not the place for you."  I also think that is why we have had some success with Juco guys. . .they are two years removed from being the "best ever" at their respective high schools; they are more mature in their outlook and more realistic about their abilities and direction in life.  They get treated like men at KSU and many have responded.  Just my two cents.

Some of these dudes still act like they are the BMOC even if they do nothing for the team....its hilarious.  then they come over and steal hot pockets out of the freezer because they spent scholly money on new jordans and a ps2.     And then they never even make it to a D1 school.

BTW, ESPN scout doesn't give a crap about who offers and rated this kid ahead of the Blue Valley HS offensive tackle committed to Mizzou.

I like his video on ESPN.  Plenty mobile though would like to see a little more power.

I wanna keep my mouth shut and say it's all LHC Bill Snyder, but there is simply no way to hide Charlie.  If we do one of those mock drafts of "who would you build your program around" with every assistant K-State has ever had, Charlie Dickey deserves serious consideration as the #1 pick.

We may need to start a "Pay Charlie" campaign.
