Jeff Luc Update - Monday 3 pm Reply
Here's what we know to date...

Jeff has not been contacted by Kansas State since Friday but remains interested. (I've got to admit: I'm surprised they haven't tried reaching out to Jeff since the conclusion of Saturday afternoon's Spring Game... but I'm not LHC Bill Snyder)

To date, there have also been some new names reaching out to Luc. As reported earlier, coaches at K-State and Cincinnati have spoken to Jeff directly and Jeff's brother spoke with members of the UCLA staff.
However, over the weekend, Bo Pelini gave the Luc's a call and spoke with Jeff about Nebraska and then there was the latest addition which came via the phone this morning...

"Jeff and I spoke this morning and he asked what I knew about KU," tells my source a few hours ago. "I told him 'Well, they have a good basketball team' and asked why he wanted to know."

"Well, Charlie Weis called this morning," Jeff said through the phone. "Told me about all the Super Bowls he'd won and stuff."

I couldn't tell based off my source how much interest Jeff took in what the new coach at KU said, but nevertheless, count the Jayhawks as an interested party in this process.

Other than that, Grade-A journalistic integrity. He could have speculated how interested Luc was in KU, but he didn't, because of integrity.
