While we're never going to be a school that lands a bunch of 4 or 5 stars we'll certain nab a few per class if Snyder is getting 10 win seasons. BTW, Mizzou offered him last October and he's not talking about them.

One thing that appears certain to me...the offensive side of the ball, other than RB, seems to be heading towards the great years of Snyder. I think we're getting a lot of fine, young talent on that side of the ball. Other than RB and OT (in terms of young talent) that side of the ball is filled with promise. Now the defensive side of the ball needs some help but DE is an area that is looking better all of the time. Who knows what some of these DTs will bring...it's not like we had great talent there in '02 and '03 yet we had some great defensive play with guys like Corey White, Justin Montgomery, Tank Reese, and Jermaine Berry. He is pumping a lot of numbers into those positions.

My god, how bad were our DEs this year? I mean, when we had a 4 man rush on it may as well have been a 0 man rush.

They were probably told to do their best at keeping the OL off of the LBs and Safeties.

Ra'Shaad Samples is a Dallas Skyline receiver. We offered him as a freshman. He likes Michael Smith, said he's like family to him. He's on the first rivals 250 list and 4 star.

Wade is inside LB, Kennendale, TX. He's also rivals 250 and 4 star. I thought this was interesting from an update TCU's site did with him...

we were a lot worse in '10 and a few of the seasons before. Meshak was bright spot getting 7 sacks but the run defense from our ends was very solid this year.

I love Adam Davis...not for his pass rushing but his consistency. And he made some big plays for us this year at crucial times in games. I think we have better pass rushers coming up the ranks.

True, This past seasons success might help a little with some of these guys. I'm just surprised were actually offering some pretty good talent.
