If we get Premer, it's a small step down from our class last year (one of our best ever). And, that'd mostly be because we had one other 4-star (King) who didn't even make it to the fall before he transferred.

Premer is looking more likely with KU already having two TEs committed and ND picking up a commitment today. Probably means it's us vs. ISU and they're after another highly regarded in-state TE whereas we've supposedly said Premer is the only TE we're recruiting.
