depends on definition of elite
top 90 CB without a lot of suitors i would not call elite
guessing most if not all the other B12 programs have a CB committed who is higher ranked
BTW its been 2 recruiting classes now and KLieman has 0 4-star recruits
its the only program in the league without a 4 star recruit the last 2 years
recruiting sounds better but have we just gone from really bad to just bad?

They way he relishes contact and with a 6-1 frame, he could get on the field at safety if that was a bigger need.
