we routinely get overmatched against quality opponents. against the OUs, Oregons, Arkansases [sp?], and, in recent years, Baylors, and TCUs of the world, it's apparent that it's boys against men, and we're fighting an uphill battle from the get go because of the talent gap.
well that talent gap doesn't come from thin air. it comes from garbage recruiting efforts from old coaches who have no ambition anymore.
I like our program and I generally like our coaches, but criticism of our recruiting efforts is absolutely warranted. To get to "the next level," we need some coaches with some fire under their asses instead of the statlers and waldorfs we have now.
