@DScottFritchen · 56m No. 11 K-State had a big recruiting weekend. @BrianCGates & @call_me_WALLACE have you covered http://tinyurl.com/p3ow79m
They could be "The U" in a minute if they hired a better coach.Or if the administration wasn't always halfway considering dropping the program altogether.
Delton runs way too well to be a "7 on 7 guy". As long as the coaches incorporate a heavy dose of the QB run game, there will be enough open receivers running deep routes to make him an effective passer.

Starling's senior year passing stats:38/81, 794 yards, 7 TD, 5 INT
Quote from: PowercatPat on December 16, 2014, 12:27:52 PMStarling's senior year passing stats:38/81, 794 yards, 7 TD, 5 INTYou forgot to add his rushing numbers that year: 2022 yards and 26 TD's.The year before throwing: 1500 yards and 20 TD's. Way to be selective tho.
They're not irrelevant #'s numbnuts. His fastball in HS topped out at 94. He's got a cannon. I covered many of his games throughout his HS career. They didn't have a lot of WR talent his last year, so they ran a Klein type offense around him. http://www.maxpreps.com/athlete/bubba-starling/P4kZovTyEeKZ5AAmVebBJg/gendersport/football-stats.htm Passing numbers in HS play is what is irrelevant, because the level of talent from position-to-position is night and day.
wacky straight up making an example out of Powercat Pat
And fwiw, Rivals didn't even list him as a QB coming out of high school.http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Bubba-Starling-95194
