At 6'3" I'm not sure we could even list him as a back. His talents might be better utilized with the WR/TE or maybe on defense. He doesn't appear to be real fast but with his length he has a great stride, and anyone he can't beat on the turf he can just maul over or even drag 3 or 4 yds. His running style reminds me of Adrien Peterson but without the cuts. His legs are powerful and he runs straight up/vertically down field without ever having to lower his shoulders. He's decent in space or running between tackles finding seems "seemlessly". He has good hands catching, sometimes going over defenders to make grabs. He also has very good ball control which is a plus if he's going to play for Snyder.
On defense we could put him almost anywhere; SS, DE, Weak side LB, you name it. He has good instincts and great pursuit, but he needs to work on "wrapping up"! I also question his adjustments and how good he is at reading the QB.
On special teams he can be used as an extra blocker on punt protection, or a good option to block field goal attempts in the middle.
A-/A Offense
B-/B Defense
C+/B- Special Teams (depending on where he's playing)
He's definitely an A athlete and most importantly I think he's coachable which is a huge plus. He would do very well in Manhattan and I think he would be the type of guy that we would see improvement from year to year.
