Anyone else thinking that T. Johnson from HCC is a courtesy to HCC to get some players for next year? We are already looking at these two for next year. http://espn.go.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/_/id/188927/darius-wrightand http://espn.go.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/_/id/188926/marquavius-lewis . Looks like both already getting national attention.

Academics is a stupid word.Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not. So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

He has very good movement abilities, aggressive, and has some power. Given that we will lose at least one very good interior OL after next yr (Finney and, perhaps Whitehair declares) this was a good pick-up. It will also come in handy if Whitehair has to slide out and play LT because they other lineman can't cut it. Before anybody asks "why didn't he have more offers?"....I really don't give a damn why. The kid can play. Zach Diles, Foketi, Eby...all were very lightly recruited JC players we picked up late and were NFL caliber players. Johnson reminds me of Eby in that he is a 6'2 interior OL with sweet lateral movement abilities. But he has a better body on him for guard then Eby did.http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1663113/highlights/99910376?autoplay=1
