I wish we had a stud rb, but yes, mixberry, next year should be fun.

Has anyone been hearing good things about Leverett (sp?)?

6'3" WR, runs a 4.5, broke tons of schools records.  DITR.  Sound familiar?  He's good.  According to Crabby we are close to an offer.
Related to this: how did we lose TL Ford to Charlotte? Did we take our offer back?

So the d-line and the linebacker spots should be good for next year, right? On offense we should be solid at the QB, receivers, o-line, and FB/TE spots, correct? And with Barnett returning and the addition of Danzel (possible switch to safety?) we really only need the CB and RB spots solidified, no?

Idk if you are insinuating that we aren't solid at wide receiver, or if you are just being a douche and pointing out that it should have been "wide receiver" instead of receivers.

I think he's implying that we aren't solid at receiver.

As long as Lockett is coming back we are solid at wide receiver.

pretty cool that we loaded on DITR high schoolers in early in the recruiting season, and have since loaded up on the juco's to address needs. except RB kind of.

I'm guessing we backed off on ford.  Also, receiver should be fine next year, Lockett.  Davis is also very good.

We're fine at RB.   Leaveritt will start and be good for us, with Warmack getting some carries as well.  The only spot I'm worried at all about is WR, we need another dynamic option to keep the heat on Lockett down some.

Hubert was solid, but it's not like he was some KState legend or something.  He shouldn't be THAT hard to replace, and replacing him with bigger, faster guy who's performed well in practices sounds good to me.  We'll see.

We backed off.  Most likely due to grades.

He won't play RB, he's only interested in WR and QB, and his running style is too upright and would need to completely rework most of it.
