Hays QB Alex Delton just ran a 4.5 flat 40 here in St. Pete. Delton has a Kansas state offer.

Do not want

Why not?

small town studs are always hated by small town puds

I love it when Coach Snyder recruits small town kids. They have a better attitude than those big city boys and Coach can get more effort out of them. Why this program was built on the backs of kids like Jordy, Mark, and Terrance.

If this kid is successful, he could be the most loved QB ever at KSU.  :excited:

It says he got 17 on bench press. Surely they don't use 225 in high school like they do in the NFL combine, right?
180 I think
That's not very many reps with either weight.
actually it's a crap ton of reps for a 17 year old who runs a 4.5.

Its a crap ton of reps for 99.5% of the world's population, it was a ridiculous assertion by the big train. Most high school linemen can't do 17 reps.

I was more inferring to the 180/185 range for HS kids.

Almost!  :gocho:

185 is fine for high schoolers, again most high school players weigh under 200 lbs, even a good percentage of linemen.

If dudes looking to be drafted are judged by 225, 185 sounds good to me.

I'm not sure I want our future super stud QB to have Lou Ferrigno arms, so I'm sure 17 reps is fine.

Agreed, the gentleman on the left was one of the strongest qbs ever to play for us and IU might have had the right idea trying  to convert him to fullback.
