Same brand of idiots that were saying "BISHOP SUCKS!!!" after the '98 championship.

Jake's the QB.  You live and die by him.  Sometimes he fucks up.  Sometimes it's a really bad time to eff up.

Is he Jimmer rough ridin' Fredette?  No.  Does he suck?  Absolutely not.

Not sure why this is so hard for some of you.  We're K-State.  This is what we do.  We piss down our leg like it's our rough ridin' job!  :emawkid:
at the end of the day I can get behind this.  G'nite all.  Don't drink and drive and start recruiting shitty players.

Bishop had like 446 yds of offense i think in that big 12 title game.   His fumble sucked but he brought his A game

Pullen did not have his A game tonight or in any of our losses.    If he had 24 pts on 10-17 shooting..... might be easier to forget his 2 miss FTs and pocket getting picked in crunch time

this wasnt the big 12 championship game it was a road game against colorado.  how about those ncaa tournament games last year when jake was killing it?  didnt see your bitch ass complaining then.

also dont you think the fact that pullen has to have his A game in order for the team to win is a problem?

Yup.  He made Jake really much more good.  Little Puerto Rican rascal, I love him.  We will always have San Juan.

question(s). Does being a Senior give you special powers? Make you play better? Give you a statistical advantage?
experience is rough ridin' huge.  It tends to make better players preform at a higher level in clutch situations.  Experience makes you realize what is going on, makes you slow down the pace of the surroundings to a manageable setting and should allow a top performer for a team to help create a desirable result.

Or you rough ridin' choke.

When is the last time you saw a mid major comprised of freshmen/soph go deep in the tourny?

The Jake hate is something else. It's apparent on BOTC to. 1 thread isn't enough to cover it. It needs a effing book written about it.

I just don't know what people to expect. Do they expect effing superman to pop out every game?

You're right.  Expecting him to be able to dribble the basketball may be asking too much.

I've decided to back off the Jake hate and focus on the general team dynamic of FPness.  I mean none of our guards could make a 3 for 75% of the game.  Curt for all the crap he has caused FPed the entire 2nd half.  JHR went back to being really lost....again.  Jamar is the only person from the game who shouldn't be called a FP for their entire game performance.

you should just hate Frank.  instead of marcus denmon, we got buchi awaji.  instead of michael dixon, we got  irving/russell.  that's the difference in why this team sucks.  frank's recruiting.

i remember going pretty far in some anti-pullen arguments his freshman year.  you were one of his biggest proponents.

what was the specific issue?  i only remember thinking that people's expectations were way to high considering that he chose us over dayton.  oh, and i remember that prior to this season you compared my suggestion that he didn't have pg skills to clams' rants about denis the year before.  it turns out that he's even worse than i thought.

i attacked a lot of people that went around saying "man, will he be good in a couple years".  you defended them/him.

i was wrong then, you're wrong now.  pullen has been playing really well.  lol @ him not being a "pg".

he was pretty good as a freshman.  i don't know why he would be the exception to the rule and regress later.  he got way better than i thought he would, but not as a pg.  you can say that we play two combo guards all you want, but it's pretty obvious who the pg is when they're on the floor playing.  much more often than not, it's not jake.

He's obviously lost something. Tough to tell if it's a focus issue or what. But here's a kid who as a true freshman stepped into the biggest game of his life on a national stage and went 10-10 from the line and chipped in 20. Just not sure where that guy went. :(

Ooh, nice outfit. What is that, Dacron?

It's pretty easy to tell he lost Denis.
