My high school basketball team was in USA today for winning a game 116 to 32.

The High school I wen't to was on Jim Rome is Burning because the baseball team lost a double header by mercy rule. Against BLUESTEM, if you're not from South central kansas you don't realize how bad that is, but they lost by 31-0 when they called of the first game and like 20 something-0 the second game.

Holy crap, you lost to Bluestem?   We used to pick our own positions every inning when we played them.  Catchers pitching, Third Baseman Catching, Outfielders playing second,  First Baseman playing center.   Absolute bat crap crazy line up just to get more than 3 innings in before we run-ruled them.

Well then you a)did not go to chaparral or b) went to chaparral in the late 90's or early 2000's when they were good at baseball

Pretty much, as did everybody for that matter. If you were 5'4" you could play in the 6' over 1 on 1 tourney or league if you wanted to. There really were a lot of guys around 6'1" who played 6 ft and under, it just couldn't be blatantly ridiculous. Had a 6'2" guy on our team 1 year who was ruled "ineligible" due to too much height. MCMWCATS, or something like that.

I know at least 1 year I played in the 6 ft and over 1 on 1 tourney(I'm 5'11") and got a beat by a 6'4" guy who really sucked but he just backed me down everytime and I couldn't stop it. It sucked.

Had a german foreign exchange student when I was in HS.  She was like 6'5" and not very attractive so I never touched her boobs.  The girls bball coach insisted she play basketball though and she was terrible.  Had no idea what the rules were.  She also would go out drinking with us and get pissed because "american beer tastes like water". 

Since I was so cool in HS, I would say things to her like, "if you don't like our beer, then maybe you should go back to Germany"

Yeah the girl I'm reffering to was maybe like a 6.5 or a 7.  I mean, not a mega-babe, but worthy of a hooter grab.  She was definitely not some 6'5" East German weight lifter.  Isn't basketball a big deal in Germany anyway?  Shouldn't yours have known the basic rules?  The rules really aren't that tough - Run, Tackle, Catch, Throw, etc.
