Just Pat imo.  I bet it went down, like:

Pat walks in and everyone sits around the huge table.  Curt looks sad.  Pat looks angry.  Then, after a moment of tension, Pat says, "Son, shouldn't you be at practice?" and then everyone parties.

...a smile slowly appears on Curt's face. He gets up with enthusiasm, ready to run out the door to his teammates waiting in the hallway. Pat, with the same sense of enthusiasm on his face, tells Curt to wait.

"Curt," Pat says. "I think you forgot something."

Pat pulls from his chair a basketball and bounces it to Curt. Curt catches it, feels it, and looks up at Pat.

"Thanks, Pat."

Curt walks a little further, pauses, turns around and adds, "THIS is why you have a weird plaza and clock tower thing named after you, you goddamn beautiful sumbitch."

I'd like to get him a similar looking certificate to Schulz, but for awesomeness or something instead of participation, just so when Currie goes into either of their offices he sees the certificates up on the wall and knows he didn't earn one.

I'm not sure what business to get him a gift card for.  Maybe here for when we roll out premium?  :dunno:

I just got the most amazing mental image from this description. It was wonderful.

And if just Pat gets a big head, I'm good with that. We need to send a strong, yet subtle, message that we are ok with good players getting a little preferential treatment.

I wish we were!!  If we would have been one last year, Tony Mitchell would be playing for us right now.  Instead he is as home eating his mama's oatmeal...and I ain't talking about the breakfast food!

Meek on the border patrol just said that a number of kstsate purple confirmed the rumors. I hope all of those people are rooted out and lose their jobs for divulging info on a student.  Austin sounded prettybutthurt that frank wouldn't touch it.

That's right, the championships should just start pouring in now. It has nothing to do with talent or coaching. Being dirty is the key.

Being dirty leads to talent, talent leads to perceived good coaching, talent and good coaching leads to championships.  You have to start with the dirty.

LOL at anyone who thinks this is "dirty" . . . My spaghetti monster, really??  If were were "dirty" we aren't even discussing this, there are no articles, there is no speculation, no one knows a damn thing.  It's just Curtis, a basketball and a bong . . . nothing else, no questions to Frank, no 25 page thread, NOTHING.

   Dirty . . .
