Wasn't it said that if his appeal didn't work that he'd still be on the team anyways, just not playing in any games?

I'm guessing the Pro contract he'd sign somewhere overseas would prevent him from practicing around here anymore.

no, he would be expelled from athletics and stripped of scholarship for the 3rd offense.
