LOL at the fact that Morningstar backs up a guy who is 6 years younger than him.

As of Jan 31, Nubb was giving up an avg of 56.5 pts/g.   That placed them #1 in the conference and #4 in the nation.  Poor defense?  :ck:

Nubb plays good D, but you can't just base that on points allowed without adjusting for pace.

Never said they had a great d, just said it wasn't poor.  Course, it's looked pretty bad in their last 2 games.

Exactly, and this is where people not using good stats make really dumb talking points.  Now, NU's defense is solid, I won't deny that. But, NU plays at the 2nd slowest pace (and 295th slowest in college basketball).

The best way to look at scoring defense is points per possession. Going into today's games NU gave up .99 PPP, same as KU. We gave up 1.02 PPP. Not a huge difference there, all three are good defenses.

I think KU is starting to find there stride and to be honest, they haven't played with their complete lineup yet this year.

Like I said, Nubb doesn't exactly have a poor D.  Thank God you retards had a little brain storming session to come to this same conclusion.

LOL, sometimes it is so transparent...at least try to pretend you aren't sabotaging his NBA career Bill.

Noticed Selby was dressed in his jersey on the bench with the cast on his right leg. I was confused.

As long as a few NBA scouts are confused too, Bill accomplishes his goal of keeping Selby for another year.

Yeah ya notice how he only lets george do certain things like 3pt shots this year, he won't allow the kid to totally take over and dominate like he can, that way he gets him back next year, Bill is a real sumbitch fellas.  :opcat: :opcat: :opcat:

Who here thinks Selby is really hurt?

Now, if you're following me, who here thinks Coach Bumps would actually suspend any player of any significance for a little/or a lot of  :bong:

Thinking people only need respond.

every one of the squawks at my office swear up and down that selby isn't ready for the league and that coach bumps will keep him another year.  poor squawks

too bad tardville is loaded with squawks and coach bumps, they are clueless, as usual.

Doug Compton better find more "consulting" positions at First Management for other members of Selby's family, especially if Massa Seff persuades Selby that he needs another year of "seasoning".

Is it possible that the #1 overall recruit doesn't go to the NBA after 1 year in college?  When was the last time this happened?

How will this be spun? I'm guessing ku fans who never went to college will use the "Selby is a good kid that values his education" talking point
