Will be doing stronglifts workout but doing 3 sets instead. Unfortunately my gym doesn't have a squat rack, only a smith rack. Eating 4 eggs for breakfast, only drink milk (ACNE!), eat 3 other high-protein meals (always until I am stuffed) and then eating weight gainer when I feel I didn't eat enough and before workouts (OM NOM NOM). POWER BARSSTARTING WEIGHT 147 POUNDS

Because of Chinese New Year, it has forced me to take a 3 day break from working out. I started eating and working out right before.I am wondering if I will die from all of this cholesterol. I have also pooped once in the last 72 hours.
1. Start relaxing instead of working out. You might want to give your running shoes some break and spend more time with your comfy couch instead. It must be the perfect time to go back to your hobbies like knitting, watching TV, or chatting for long hours on the phone. 2. Eat a healthy meal. Don't forget your breakfast; eat a lot of proteins and carbohydrates but not too much as too much would make you feel sick. Snack when you feel like snacking but still go for healthy ones. You can go for cheese, peanuts, eggs, and burgers this time. 3. Drink sodas, beers, and other sweet beverages. Of course this would simply give you weight but not healthy weight so you better think about this step first. Drinking fresh milk, not low fat ones, would actually be better. 4. Sleep as you may. Sleep when you are not doing anything instead of thinking of going out of your house and doing some extreme activities. Remember the first tip? Rest and relax.
