He also knocked down a trey and only had 1 TO, while playing solid D throughout the game.

But I realize that won't be enough for you, I mean why stop with "starters", what other elements of basketball excellence do you demand?

It's just Koug's tarded talking point. He's going to the grave with it, whether he wants to or not.

Iowa State will have just 7 scholarship players available vs K-State on Saturday, as F Calvin Godfrey sits out second of 3-game suspension.

I like Cassidy and I think he provides some good insight, but I think he's wrong on this one:

i strongly agree on the 1st and 3rd points.  i quibble a bit with the 2nd.  he seems like mostly a sandwich guy.

they play a walk on all the time, so that's a little misleading.  eight players is plenty.  if depth effects them at all, it will just be in the post.  and kstate is at least as vulnerable in that area.

Considering teams are always are "on" for us, I expect a 71% 3pt shooting day from ISU

Every teams fans thinks every team shoots lights out against them.

8 pts, 4 boards, 2 asts, 1 stl, 5-6 FT's.

He was solid, what the hell do you want?

More than 2 buckets from the field, for starters.

He only had one, FWIW.

Jamar played well in spite of not scoring a bunch of points. He passed the ball well, played well on the perimeter, and played solid defense. I'd like to see the scoring around 10-12, but he can play well without scoring.

My bad. Forgot statsheet counts 3s in their FG column as well as listing it separately.

So one FG. I'm definitely sticking by "Jamar didn't have a great game."

Might have some trouble because he was pretty good friends with Diante Garrett from their days of AAU ball in Milwaukee, best friends with current ISU basketball player Chris Allen from their days at Michigan State, as well as the assistant coach who has recruiting roots in Milwaukee, along with the reigning Wisconsin's Mr. Basketball Elgin Cook, who will be a freshman next year...

Yeah, but it's Iowa State so I like our odds should we decide to go after him

Have you seen ISU lately.....We're taking Skeletor's methods and taking on transfers....when the best scout team in the land becomes eligible next year,  that gives ISU 3 Rivals Top 50 rated players in their respective classes along with one that was rated in the top 20, oh and another who was Penn State's leading three point shooter last year as well as averaging nearly 10 pts/contest.....We're slowly becoming the basketball version of Kansas State football :bwpopcorn:...

If we lose to Iowa State, I might do something drastic.
