I don't want Spradling gone, I want him to become a better player, and be given a role suitable for his skill set. Every time he spots up to shoot, I say "let's go Will" or "c'mon Will" in an almost prayer like plea, in hopes it is the shot that gets him back on track. Sadly, it hasn't worked obviously.

I actually say "shoot it will" Hoping that if he just shoots at the times when he used to, that suddenly he'll be back.
