Spradling is a shooter & if he can't hit or is scared to shoot & miss (which is what seems to be his problem) bench him. Southwell & Irving deserve more playing at the moment than Will does. There should be no reason Will can't shoot 40%+ from the field every game. Hopefully Spradling will get the confidence back & just light it up.

Sprads is essentially done for this year. He'll still make a play from time to time, but he needs the off season to regroup at this point.

Frank talked him up, admitting you failed and were wrong is tough. Especially when you didn't recruit anyone over him to help.

This isn't Will's last horrid game this season.

The comment above said it best. He's a shooter. If he can't hit shots, he needs to sit. I think that's all you can say about that.

He probably played around 30 minutes, and his stat line was 4 pts, 2 assists, and 2/9 from the field and 0/5 from three.

I mean, hey, that's just dead weight on the floor today.

He did more damage defensively today, except for the last 2 minutes when he clinched it for ISU.
