My wife's family from Ottawa stopped by tonight, and I asked her cousin (who is still in HS) about what he's heard on Semi.  Says that he's heard that he's interested in Oklahoma State and Oregon.  His brother and Dad want him to go to KSU, but he wants to go away for college.

I don't think these guys are close or anything, but Ottawa isn't that big of a school, so take it FWIW.

If true (I find it absurd that Wisconsin wasn't mentioned) how in the hell does Oklahoma State keep recruiting good talent?

Nothing really major as it pertains to KSU here, but I thought it was a  cool interview from Florida' Rivals dude with Team Breakdown coach Kenny Gillion.

It talks about Gillion's coaching and scouting philosophy and a couple TB prospects that Florida has offered who also have been offered by KSU, Simmons('13) and Lee('14).

I didn't realize Gillion is also the coach at Faith Baptist School where Demetrius Henry has reclassed to play next year.

My bad, Florida has NOT offered Simmons, yet at least. Here's his current offer list from the article: Alabama, South Carolina, Maryland, Memphis, Murray State, USF, Kansas State, VCU, FAU, FIU plus several mid and low majors.

1 other thing, I noticed that Class of '13 4* Malik Price-Martin recently switched over to TB, KSU had sorta recruited him in the past, I don't know if that move will drastically change things, I gues we'll see.

If there is turnover at Illinois, are we back in the picture for Malcolm Hill?  :dunno:

I have heard that he is pretty interested in Oklahoma State along with some of the Big 10 schools that have been after him.

Sounds like Saintil is stepping his game up:

"New Jersey Road Runners vs. Connecticut Select

The Connecticut Select squad made their presence known in the opening quarter and the NJ team struggled with the small surroundings at first but Aaron Bodie (13pts) soon would give them the spark they needed later in the quarter. Haikim Sanitil (28pts) later hit a three-pointer that boosted NJ's lead. Select's Marcus Robinson (11pts) then made a jumper and the score was 21-17.

The Select played with a fully loaded team and the second quarter reflected that but the NJ squad did not go down without a fight. The score was tied twice in the quarter and Sanitil hit three-pointer that took the lead away from the Select with a minute remaining. As the minutes went down Sanitil dished a nice pass to Tyler Roberson to close out the half with NJ ahead, 40-35.

That was the last time the NJ team led in the match-up. Foul trouble and poor shooting got the best of them and Connecticut soon had a ten point lead. At the end of the third quarter the score was 54-49.
In the fourth, scoring became evenly distributed amongst the players on the Connecticut team which left NJ to rely on Sanitil, a one man show. Later, CT sent NJ packing and dribbled out the end of the quarter to a 75-64 finish."
