Dont know if frank has any conneggtions to the Florida Rams but apparently we offered some guy.

http://www.cbssports.com/#!/collegebasketball/story/15330383/summer-circuit-isnt-all-bad-as-grahams-story-proves

Quote
Summer basketball has a bad reputation that's warranted on a lot of levels. But Dillon Graham's story is among the reasons it's foolish to paint July with a broad brush, because without the circuit that creates so many problems, a tale like this couldn't happen. Graham is, according to Scout.com, a zero-star prospect whose profile page is completely empty; Rivals.com has a similar scouting report. Which means Graham started the month with no national profile, and I can't imagine any of the out-of-state coaches who've now offered him so much as knew his name two weeks ago.

Quote
Graham began the first of two 10-day stretches during which college coaches are allowed to evaluate prospects at NCAA-sanctioned events by helping his summer team, the Florida Rams, win the Adidas Invitational in Indianapolis. The 6-foot-4 shooter consistently competed at a high level against high-major competition and proved he's more than just a skilled player preying on small-school opponents at First Academy.

Quote
"Kansas, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Kansas State, Florida State and USF," Graham said Sunday night less than 24 hours after taking a phone call from Louisville coach Rick Pitino. "I kind of had a small idea that I could play at this level, but I never thought it would happen because I never thought I'd have the opportunity to showcase my skills."

thanks, I love to read anything out there about any MOKAN recruit.  fantastic organization from top to bottom.

No question, MOKAN is the cadillac among the KC based AAU teams.

Guess I should have given Vic Williams' crew with Wainwright and Benny Parker a little more love.

That's two titles going back to KC. KC 76ers in Fab 48 and now KC PNR in the Super 64 16's. 58-49 over Eric Gordon.

'grats to pnr for proving that anything is possible when you play your high-major 2013s on your u16 team instead letting them run with 17s like every other team in the world does.

From AAU Super Showcase in Orlando:

"Tyler Roberson, PF, NJ Roadrunners – A good athlete with long arms who is active, Roberson can definitely find a spot on the floor. Right now he isn’t the most skilled, but he really rebounds and knows how to convert against taller players. He will need to develop more of a refined skill set at his size, but Roberson was impressive in a close loss."

"Tyler Roberson and Blaise Mborgorba drew head coaches from Virginia Tech, Northwestern, West Virginia, Vanderbilt, George Mason, St. Joe’s, and Clemson. Also Cincinnati, Syracuse, Rutgers, and Seton Hall were represented by assistants."

Charlotte (NC) native Allerik Freeman is one of the most highly recruited players in the Class of 2013. In Orlando his school list certainly backs that up as he provided a long offer list yesterday that included Virginia, Virginia Tech, North Carolina State, Miami, Baylor, Oklahoma, Kansas State, Texas, Villanova, Georgetown, Xavier, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, and others. The four schools recruiting him who have yet to offer are Syracuse, Kansas, North Carolina, and Kentucky.

Freeman has no favorites at this point and said, “Everything about even right now . . . everything still wide open.”

He has taken visits to Virginia Tech, Baylor and South Carolina already and is planning trips to North Carolina State, Florida, Georgetown and Villanova.

“I know NC State and Florida probably [will be] during football season,” Freeman said. “Georgetown, Villanova probably in October.”

at least he remembered kstate and ou as offers.

Schools from all over the country are recruiting him but when asked who he was considering he said: “Texas, Florida, Baylor, Kentucky, and Florida State.” All five of those schools have a viable claim to be on Hill’s list, he said. Hill said Billy Donovan has connected with him the most.

“Coach Donovan is the one coach I really, really know and, like, he’s a great coach,” Hill said.
