I agree that we shouldn't have any more Freeman updates.  They make me sad.  Good idea by sys.

sorry about your sadness, sd.  i'm afraid i had a change of heart re. freeman.  will resume updating.

Quote
Freeman was extremely humbled about everything that had happened. “I’m just appreciative of everyone believing in my talent,” he humbly said.

On his offers, the talented rising junior commented on his new ones. “Florida is a great program with a great staff,” he said. “NC State is on the right tracking trying to get back to the national spotlight. Georgetown has a rich tradition, and great staff with a nice offense. Tennessee is a place where my game fits in great.”

Allerik Freeman, SG- The 2013 four-star picked up right where he left off at the last EYBL session. A strong and skilled 6-foot-3 scorer, Freeman is an elite pull-up jump shooter. Uses shoulder fakes to freeze defenders and rarely needs more than two dribbles to create space to score. Polished player who is racking up high major offers.

Hate to break up the AF party, but Price-Martin(MPM just doesn't have a good ring to it  :dunno:) made the USA U16 national team this past weekend:

"Malik Price-Martin (Miami/Monsignor Pace)
2013, PF, 6-8, 187 pounds
Price-Martin ran the floor like a deer and finished above the rim on all clear paths and angles. He excels in transition and also makes his presence felt on the glass with his length and quickness to the ball, which enables him to block and contest shots in and out of his area. In the post, he will drop step but is much more comfortable facing and attacking off the dribble from short distances. Price-Martin can also hit the short corner jumper with time and space. He must work on his back-to-the-basket scoring and add strength but the active power forward has great upside."

Nunn: "The explosive lefty is a shot-maker and above-the-rim-finisher on the break. Nunn has a smooth and confident stroke with range to the arc. He is tough and competes on both ends of the floor. Nunn plays with energy and urgency as well. Nunn also did an excellent job on the defensive end by being a physical on-ball defender and even recorded a few blocked shots in transition. Nunn seemed to get better as camp progressed and he has great upside."

Class of 2013 PA G Geno Thorpe has heard from Pitt, Wisconsin and Rutgers this morning. Expecting an offer from Kansas State today, too.

the rest of the recruiting dudes can quit now.  unless they're interested in eating kline's ass for the next 50 years.

Thorpe is planning to take visits to Kansas State and Wisconsin this month.

“I’m looking for a school that fits my style of play,” he said. “[One that] likes to run half-court sets, but at the same time can push the ball and get up the floor in transition.”

As a native of the Steel City, it has long been said that Pittsburgh would be the team to beat for Thorpe. He even stated in the past that the Panthers were his favorite. Now, he’s wide-open.

“When I was younger, they were [my favorite],” Thorpe said. “That’s all I’d ever do, was root for Pitt. I guess I can see myself playing for teams other than Pitt, but I still like them a lot.

Highlights from his FR yr(09-10) linked below, he's reportedly grown at least an inch since then. Although the majority  of these highlights are him attacking the rim and finishing in transtiion, jumper from mid-range and deep does look pretty smooth. Not enough stuff on his handle to make a call there, IMO.
