Their install teams are all subcontracted.  When I had UVerse installed almost 4 years ago, the guys walked all over my carpet with muddy shoes.  I got free carpet cleaning + more out of that ordeal.

i dont know about all. my guy wore a uverse shirt and drove a uverse car and was nice. it is too expensive now tho so i need to call and give em the business

Update: No word from AT&T after three days.  Called them and they said I didn't have a Gigapower order, it was a Move order.  Now they're canceling the order, and I'm back at square one.  Still on the line.

I've pretty much told all three people that I've talked to, thus far, that I hate AT&T.

My AT&T contract is up in 16 days and Time Warner is coming in.  Not because I like Time Warner any better but because my max DL speed with AT&T at my house is f*CKING 6 MPS and the UL speed barely even registers... Time Warner will be 10+ times that fast AND I will save about $30 a month... Gonna ride TW for a year and then welcome Google Fiber in who is currently destroying my neighborhood. Can't wait.

Today has been the most infuriating experience outside of dealing with gov't employees that I've ever had.
