I've tried eating the apple core but I just can't stomach them.  I still want to get all of the nutrients though so I supplement with cyanide vitamins.

CF3, I wouldn't recommend the orange peel. It won't hurt you, but the flavor is v. strong. That's why it's called "zest!"

Ok so I've been eating a lot of oranges lately. They're like $1.84 a bag at Aldi. I think I want to try and eat an orange like you eat an apple and eat the whole thing.

Alert!  Alert!  Don't do that.  According to Dr. Alkhatib the pesticides they use on oranges now are very powerful.  Also cut back on orange juice consumption.

The pesticides they now use on oranges are much safer than what was used 30 years ago. Dr. Alkhatib, with all due respect , has been misled at minimum.

wow.  just looked it up.  apparently eating the peel/rind(?) is incredibly good for you. 

just google "eating an orange peel" and feast your eyes on link after link telling you the benefits.  plus, imagine what an awesome freak you'd look like just biting into the orange like an apple.

You haven't lived the full zest of life, if you haven't drank a full glasses of foaming, bubbling piss after eating a diet of oranges.  It's twice the nutrition and loaded with surprising taste.  If you like oranges, you'll love OP anytime of the day, and not just mornings.
