Regardless of whether a law was broken, NASCAR absolutely figure out who tied the noose, and at the very least firmly reprimand and shame whoever is responsible publicly. Ideally, someone would be suspended.
They know, lots of people know. They're not going to shame or suspend anyone, nor should they. I hope the entire team, driver included though feels real shitty, because that rope sat like that in that garage for days with people going in and out.
