Offensively we are better than last year.   Defensively we are far worse.

Overall I am thinking wash.  I just hope we don't run into an "Ali Farukamensch" in the tournament.

You guys will be better in the NCAA's this year.

How could they not? That's the problem with using the NCAA's a measuring stick for KU. 2008 was not close to their most talented team in the last decade but look what happened.

pretty close.  It had 4 nba players on roster, I don't think roys last team had that
Didn't they have five players drafted that year? Rush, Arthur, Chalmers, Jackson and Kaun?
That's not even including Aldrich, who played well for them in that tournament or Sherron who has played in 19 games for the Bobcats this season averaging all of .9 ppg.

2008's team was definitely one of their better teams.
