Sitting back and really putting it into perspective, how the hell does a program fall so low from a peak so high?

Can’t be only poor coaching hires alone

spradling-demps and trae davis both 4 stars now!

I thought I saw a third upgraded to 4* today as well.

*checks*
Gus Hawkins as well (on3)

Look, however we get there, let’s just agree we need another Bo AND another Paul

Let’s make this happen somehow :

cheers:

Spracs seems to be a little sensitive about Lance acting like a jackass on the sidelines.

It never occurred to me to care. Then again, I watch Bill Self working the refs all the time, so it seems normal to me.

Everybody works the refs, I don't have much experience watching him outside of Saturdays game and their game against ou, but he seems to go far beyond that. Even when Self gets red faced, it doesn't seem like he's out of control.

Shhhhhhhhhhh

I’m hoping he evolves into the next Paul Rhodes

Picture the next ~5 years sunflower showdowns squawk losing due to a string of comedic errors and LL steadily getting more theatrical in his outbursts

I need this in my life so dont ruin it for me 😂

Let’s get back to Giddens talk fellas. I got a feeling he’s gonna have a pretty good day.

We'll be talking about him being a 1,000 yard back sooner than later.

Why wait to have that convo?

I didn't read the above gems because I always avoid the Gridiron Board after a loss. Happy that you guys get a sick kick out of it, though. To me, it's always the same. Blame the refs, blame the coaches, the other team is dirty, throw players under the bus, etc.

refs and the coaches "not caring" about the game are the leading narratives at this time.

The coaches absolutely cared. That's silly. They opened the entire playbook. It was like hearing Mozart for the first time. The great irony of it is that your punter had an absolutely horrible kick, which caused a muff, and then it was over.

No lie, I was seriously worried about some Baylor bowl game no pass offense embarassing us

Why would/does OU hold the tiebreaker over us?

Probably head to head against Texas.

Until we play KU

Wait you can form an llc with an unknowing participant?

Yes. I've formed many LLCs. Only one person has to sign and file electronically. That one person can list Jesus Christ, the Prophet Muhammad, or anyone else as an additional member. (The owners of LLCs are referred to as "members," to be clear.) You don't even need to provide DL numbers, birthdates, SSNs--just a name.

Encouraging

Look at KU’s schedule

It’s … rough

We were certainly done no favors. Makes me miss the round robin.

Rest of schedule is favorable.

Yep. They’ve already passed through half of their gauntlet where we’re just really entering it

It's really stupid that they don't think Jalon Daniels is, at the very least, a top 5 Big 12 QB.

Edit: I got hoodwinked.

Na
Not on purpose anyway.  I misread the tweet and didn’t see the ‘Big 12’ qualifier of ‘top 5’ and then realized after posting - so removed it.

49
Colorado rejoining the Big 12 will be the catalyst that finalizes the collapse of the PAC 12.

Kansas State Basketball is hard / Re: PORTAL KOMBAT
« on: April 20, 2023, 04:47:12 PM »
i believe KJ is more valuable to KSU than any other league in the USA and would hope we could put a NIL deal together that makes that so.  However he is probably at least a mid six figure guy overseas and i don't know if we have that kind of bag.

I haven’t been able to find a mock that doesn’t have him going in the second round of the draft.

Forgive me here - I know basketballs are round and usually orange and that’s about the extent of what I know about bouncy-hoops but isn’t the 2nd round analagous to 6th/7th round in football?
