It's who makes the best of what we've earned that salvages the season.

having a few down years and a few down decades of shittiness are two completely different things. I guess you have just gotten used to it

I think you need to look at present day geo-political layouts of this country and then come back and try to convince us that Southerner's are Democrats.

Odd choice of words.  What does foreign policy have to do with the political affiliation and voting tendencies of southern states?  Or did you intentionally incorrectly use geopolitical?

Be patient.  At some point, one of them will pull off something like 2011's "does playing Arkansas hurt the image of our program" that made headlines across the college football world and even in their own mainstream news, exposing the state's residents to national ridicule.  I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the tables are turned and the egg is on our face.

Im here because you guys were actually sort of funny 4 years ago.

If you could manage to be remotely interesting or funny in exchange I'd not have felt the need to post.  Sadly you are a disappointment.  I mean really, when we're trolling ourselves as fans with the stellar year that we've had, what exactly do you think you bring to the table?  So far it's been the equivalent of a 2 year old painting the walls with the contents of their diaper because they, like you, truly don't know any better.

Now, had we not lost our starting QB on the first play of the first game of the year (Impressive feat, that was too!) we'd be playing a team worth a crap - maybe even in a NY6 or playoff game.  But the twisting knife of fate decreed we play you clowns again.

We? I thought you just read this crap.  Now you're taking credit.  Weird.

wha?  Oh I get it.  See, how this works is as follows:  'We' actually attended - and graduated - from the school whose team 'we' support.  Allowing us to claim some ownership, if you will, to the team we support.

First post here - been lurking for years, registered a few weeks ago but never felt the need to post.  Generally other people's posts are far more interesting than anything I could contribute and that's why I like it here.  Recent influx of posters however have dramatically lowered the quality of the board as a whole.  It's a testament to just how low-quality the contributions of these recent additions are when the majority of the most active posters won't even engage with them.

Looking forward to there being interesting exchanges of wit and debates again.

You're correct about one thing, you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute.
