most of the armenian/persian places i've been to have been good but not great. same for mexican.

Restaurants within walking distance: AVI, Sienna, Yokohama, Monarch, La Galette.
Bars within walking distance: Monarch, Vagabond, Picasso's pizza, Shamrock Lounge, Vorshay's, Rain. AVI and Sienna have bars but are pretty quiet.

not sure what you're looking for. yosemite and sequoia are the star tourist spots for sure, but not exactly insidery (insider tip - check to see which parts of the parks aren't on fire before driving up).
Basically where to stay/eat. Going to be there one night. Probably staying at a casino. Is there a restaurant that should be on my list?
