Wait... what if they just complete the tear down of the stadium, turn that into parking and play the games on the practice field?  Think of the lovely view sitting in the grass or up in the trees themselves?!?!?  VIP treehouse seating would be MONEY.

Guys... LFBIQ here but isn't Arrowhead a little small for an SEC stadium?  That's got to be an immense amount of pressure on our friends.  :-(

Vanderbilt has only 40,300 seat capacity.

I always forget Vanderbilt is in there... like the para in the classroom just trying to help bring everyone's grades up.

So I heard Matt Canada is looking for a job.  He could even keep all his same color scheme gear!  Heck of a deal if you ask me.    Keep a decent W/L record, give the fan base someone to hate... it's a perfect marriage!

When exactly do you think we were supposed to pull Howard? He is still the guy that led us to a Big 12 title and scores of 40+ points in 3/4 games leading up to OSU.

He’s also the guy who broke a 70 yard run in like the second or third drive of the game.

I'm not sure I'd advocate for yanking him out of the game for the duration.  I just wonder what the issue would be with bringing in Avery for a series just to get a reset or settle Will down.  (By that I mean taking Will OUT of the game too... not split out wide - effectively removing a real target for Avery to throw to and telling the defense we are just going to run the QB out of backfield.)  But again, nobody is paying me jack to coach and I pretty much suck at Madden too.  So there's that.

LOL!  Kind of what I was thinking too?  Nothing tells talented kids (especially the in state kids...) Manhattan is the place to shine like that strategy.  Nevermind the whole just winning a game or getting a possible spark but hey, that's what I'm making the big money coaching for.

Has there been any comment from the coaches as to why Avery didn't see the field at all?  Heard plenty from other Cats fans but didn't know if anyone on the staff had been asked or answered.

Agreed.  He'd be pushing them one step closer to completing Bill Self Family Stadium!

He signed an UDFA contract with them today.  With 90 something guys on the roster there's always a chance to get cut but it's pretty cool for him to be able to stay.

I too was disappointed as I sat on my porch listening along.  I mean, it's great that Eminem has come out of retirement for this BigXII commercial but I definitely did NOT lose myself in the music... the moment... nor did I want it.  I better let it go.

Been seeing a few mentions of Felix and Brents but has anybody seen any actual numbers from Felix's workout at the combine yet?  Pretty sure Edge/LB and D-line have been running/benching, etc. but I could be wrong.

It's sad really.  To think that if only a few more of those guys would have scored higher on the play hard chart... Dean wouldn't have been robbed of so much glory and we'd have 2 Natty banners in the OOD.
