It still kind of gets to me when they call us "KSUck."

8727
Ok but who was seriously discussing Stanley for Heisman? That guy was kidding, right?
there was a thread that devolved into the phlock discussing how he'd likely make a career as an nfl backup.
IIRC, KU has not fielded a fully functioning quarterback since Todd Reesing.

Thanks for the gems, dlew. A real treasure.

An astonishing work of art. Thank you, SB.

I’m talking kids from Colby that were raised on genetically modified crops and fracking water. kids that are like 340 lbs already and they’re 17. stuff those mutants into a purple uniform and tell them the defensive guys from the other team are democrats. that’s how you build an offensive line.

I dont think we have any Colby kids on the roster but we do have Levi Archer from Goodland!

SIAP but I really enjoyed the Boscoe's Boys podcats with Ertz. I learned that Sisco is his real life middle name and that he has nothing to do with Iowa State.

It was enlightening on a lot of levels.

Trivia with old washed up sports writers in drive time!  :driving:
Here's hoping for lots and lots of interviews and insight with Tim "Grundy" Grundhard who played football at Notre Dame AND in the NFL.

They are so good at eating their own.

I love how, at the same time, they can claim that a player is horrible, but that he should still come back for another year.
Bill has taught them to do this well. Like some sort of cultish mind control.  A dark day for :tsc:

I would love to see Scott Drew vs oscar Weber.

5. Lon Kruger, Oklahoma Sooners -- Kruger was a two-time Big Eight player of the year as a point guard at Kansas State (1973 and 1974) and led the Wildcats to a pair of NCAA tournament appearances during his collegiate career. He was a ninth-round pick of the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA draft (Kruger also tried out with the Detroit Pistons) and played professionally in Israel. He also played a season of minor league baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization and was invited to training camp with the Dallas Cowboys as a quarterback.

did you know that anteaters eat up to 35,000 ants per day? sounds like a horrible existence.

Isn't the dead hooker thing what they made up to make fun of BITB for?
It's a real headline: https://www.kansascity.com/sports/college/big-12/university-of-kansas/article227485449.html

KU wanted to ‘find a dead hooker’ in fired coach David Beaty’s closet, lawsuit says

Certainly a dark day for :tsc:

Guys I was thinking about the stre14k this morning and it reminded me of another streak (nee The Streak) which was how many consecutive games our hawk bros had won in Manhattan. Just wanted a safe space to discuss your favorite the streak. I'll start. 2trai9ht NCAA tournament appearances in pretty great. Not sure what the official current count is on the AFH winning streak is but I assume it's formidable. Thanks and rcjh
It is pretty neat.

We are all so lucky to be able to bask the :tsc: glory at this special time in the history of athletics.

Ts&Ps to the KU fan base. There are so many salty butt hurt posts on the Phog. I feel bad for them.

The best thing about this whole season is Squeaky is solidified as the coach at KSuck for the next 5-10 years. Absolutely terrific news for KU fans.

Folks, there's a lot more over there but this is a family-oriented blog and I want to keep information about their vile rantings at a PG-13 level... Just tragic what this has done to them from a psychological standpoint.

Kangaroos? Velcro stash pocket shoes, but high tops.

I loved my 'Roos so much. Having a place to stash a quarter was a great feeling
