I'm minding my own business, watching some film, trying to get ready. Trying to get out here and be the best lime I can be. And I look up and read some bulljunk from meow meow that he done said about us. Once again, why would you wanna talk about us when we don't talk to nobody? All we do is go out here, work out butts off, and make key lime pies on Saturday. But when they give us ammunition, they done messed around and made it what? Personal. I don't remember how many games he chose to sit out. I just remember being pissed off about it.

Switzerland was the only stop on my trip that was significantly more expensive for everyday type items. Everywhere else was similar or cheaper than kc. It's a beautiful country though.

That's because it's elite. I would like to live there, some sunny day.

That's the weirdest part. You are asked a direct question. You respond with "When we discovered the issue we removed it from the book." When asked the same direct question again, you respond "I don't discuss my conversations with world leaders."

Also, she managed to read the whole book for the audiobook recording and didn't become aware of the issue until the press started asking questions.

Unfortunately for Trump, the DOJ wasn't going to determine that he was too mentally incapacitated to stand trial. In the same context, the DOJ did not believe that Trump was a feeble figure who would derive nothing more than sympathy and pity from a jury.  Per the DOJ, Don Trump is not some grandfatherly figure in a state of severe mental decline.

What's the solution to reducing housing cost to income ratios?

Build more housing?

What's preventing us from doing that right now?

I'm sure there are manifold causes. Nimbyism? Relatedly, zoning restrictions? Interest rates? Cost of materials? Greed? Cost of/supply of labor? Private investment groups snatching up a pretty good amount (16%?) of single-family homes? I don't know, but it seems pretty straight forward that building more housing would ease the supply-side issues we've seen for the past many years.

Better immigration policy and eliminating tariffs would also help.
