Hey goEMAW runners. Back in January I asked for recommendations for dealing with shin splints. Took the advice and got some good compression socks and some new shoes. Didn't help and seemed they got worse. Finally went to the doctor and found I had a stress fracture in both shins. Tomorrow I get to attempt to run for the first time since. I'm only allowed to actually run for a mile, but really, really, really hoping for pain free.
