Tennessee is a better job than Bama IMO. More tradition, better facilities, and doesn't have as big of a shadow from football.
Add Tennessee to the list of schools in the SEC making a coaching change... Donnie Tyndall has been canned for NCAA violations he made at Southern Miss.

It's also worth noting that Alabama gave the last guy nine years and Tennessee essentially ran off a coach the same year he went to the sweet 16 then fired the next guy one year later for something he allegedly did at another school.
