Bob Stitt--Montana HC. This guy looks like he buries his money in the backyard and has an unbelievably strong handshake without even trying.

Previously: head coach at Colorado School of Mines, OC at Harvard, OC at Northern Colorado.

Known for: being an offensive mastermind, using advanced stats to make decisions re: onside kicks/going for it on fourth down (was 19 of 25 on 4th down in 2014), loving his wife deeply but probably not talking to her much at dinner every night because that's just not who he is.

Pros:
-Runs a very QB-friendly system
-_FAN would probably love him
-Gettable
-1-0 against NDSU

Cons:
-Spent most of his career out West or in the Northeast. Gross.
-Probably doesn't show much affection to his kids

Katdaddy you are the best poster on this blog not named Tom by far, but Stitt is a DITR coach for a DITR program. Plus, going for it on fourth down and kicking a bunch of wacky onside kicks would be just deluxe.

Would actually love to hear _FAN's take on the guy.

Venables seems gettable and would be viewed pretty positively overall I think. Would not complain if Currie went that route. The only question in my mind is whether Bill is retiring after this year or next. I think we will be surprising against Baylor (but lose) and manage 3 wins out of the soft final part of the schedule, so a lot of people might perceive improvement even if it's not really there.
