Talk about a turnaround...down 5, make a 3...steal, and a bucket to tie it.

77-77 with 16 seconds left

What 2 teams can we take off?

Drexel (23-8, 13-5 Colonial)
Florida St. (20-12, 7-9 ACC)
K-State (22-10, 10-6 Big 12)
ODU (24-8, 15-3 Colonial)
Purdue (21-10, 9-7 Big Ten)
Stanford (18-12, 10-8 P-10)
Tex. Tech (21-12, 9-7 Big 12)

I am going with Stanford, not sure about the other...

I'd take FSU off, but I'm worried that Air Force might really be on that list. :blindfold:

Holy crap, Durant is 0-11.

If you Baylor pulls this out that would guarantee that either Baylor or OSU would be playing the Big 12 championship game. Either one of those teams winning the Big 12 would be disastrous for KSU. Of course you can control your own destiny by beating ku.

At least we know the refs will be in our favor.  The conference cannot afford KSU from being left out of the tourney.

There is no way Tech gets in over us now.  We have more wins, fewer losses, a better conference finish, and WE JUST DRILLED THEM BY 21 POINTS!!!  If the XII only gets four teams in (and OSU doesn't win out), we're the fourth.  Don't sweat it.

IMO right now---

Last 4 in---
1. Ksu
2. ODU
3. ILL
4. AF

Last 4 out ---
1. Drexel
2. W Virg
3. FSU
4. Mo St or Stanford

ILL loses and i don't think they will make it.

Might be favoring Huggins a little more than most. Sycamore HS is only like 10 minutes from my house. Interesting

• Friday night update II: The bubble picture is so fluid right now that over the past 12 hours, Kansas State managed to play its way on to my bracket, only to get bounced back off. Who stole its spot? Illinois, which knocked off Big Ten third seed Indiana in overtime Friday night. The Illini and Wildcats have similar profiles -- both posted nice regular-season conference records (9-7 for Illinois, 10-6 for K-State) but few signature wins. The difference is, Illinois played a much tougher non-conference schedule (40th vs. 224th), which the committee loves. Beating the Hoosiers, a Top-30 foe, puts Illinois over the top -- though K-State still has a chance to one-up them against Kansas tomorrow.
