    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
At the very least, I'm going to listen to every second of Between the Lines aka "BTL".

Once again, screw the other board and their premium access.  I've almost broken down twice this morning and bought a monthly pass.  I've just resisted...for...so...long...

Did you break?

I share it with other people. That's why I never post there.

Not yet.  I always come back to:

1)  If there's real news, Kevo's gonna talk about it at 2 pm.
2)  Tim Floyd.
3)  Ron Prince "we broke it first."

What was that all about?

"ALLEGEDLY" (a great CYA word to use when you don't have the EXACT facts in front of you) when Fitz left Purple Pride (the same group that beat him to the punch in the Prince hire, which is quite ironic) he "stole" their subscription list.  This of course resulted in a lawsuit and a settlement in which Fitz was forced to pay the owner of Purple Pride an undisclosed (to me anyway) sum of cash.

He REALLY, REALLY, REALLY doesn't like it when you bring up that one on his website...

slimz, what finally broke me was when Ell broke his arm/wrist in yet another completely meaningless pounding of a patsy in the OOC...

And Barry's right.

Why did Ell's injury break you?

No doubt that Barry's right.  I ran across that case on Westlaw a few months ago.  I don't think I can copy and paste the whole thing due to copyright...if you have access to WL, you can find it at 2004 WL 794458.

Good article here:  http://www.kstatecollegian.com/article.php?a=6068

I'm still un-broken....and it's not that I have a problem paying someone elses legal fees after they steal from their employer, it's that I don't feel the need to listen to all the homers over their storke each other off while they write articles through their purple colored glasses.  If I want that crap, I can just start reading Manhatter posts.

Thanks for that link, Slimz.  I hadn't seen the amount of the latest decision.  140K...that's significant.

I would rather poke my eyes out than go through WNIT Box scores and write awkward, poorly written interviews with high school kids.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Let me know when you get the link to the lawsuit article posted.  I'd love to see the reaction to that one.  TIA.

Not that what FITZ did was right, obviously it was totally wrong.  But, I get a kick out of internet posters taking shots at him for that while fully supporting the slimeballs that run KSUFans.com...

seank is a UT grad and his buddy Heckman is a Washington guy I think.  Both of them totally &@#%ed mjrod and SPC over on the KSF.com deal a few years ago, but everybody conveniently overlooks that.

That site wouldn't even EXIST had it not been for mj and SPC, but because they didn't "own the domain", they got shat upon when it came time to sell out to a corporate entity.

I guess it's ok if non-KSU people &@#% over K-Stater's, and can be forgiven, but not the other way around.
