ron is pretty much an a-hole.  many have been telling ksu fans that for a long long time and you didnn't want ot hear it, but now you have prood, staring you in the face.  coaches don't leave like this, one year after being hired for no reason.

you hired the wrong guy and he is going to take your program right down into the crapper.

Well we've already got a better defensive coordinator.  Would you rather we go Snyder's route, and keep our crapty coaches year after year until every single coach is terrible?

"Also, as pointed out in a lot of other threads, coaches DO just leave like this after one or two years.  See Snyder as a reference."

wrong,.  this is not just like other situations.  ksu did better this year than they have the 2 previous years, they won more games than anyone thought they could win.  you would think moral would be sky high, but even all the wins and accomplishments can't  keep good coaches around.  You thought these were all wtf hires before, wait till you get a look of the new guys.  nobody worth 2 craps will want to work for prince.

please name me one school that lost as many coaches as ksu did this year under similair circumtances, this is unheard of.  heck, NU had it's worst year in 42 years callahans first year and we didn't lose anyone.  why?  because the assistants know a good caoch when they see one and they know a hc that is gonna take the team to the top.  obviously most of the ksu coaches don't feel that way.  heck, scott frost already bailed, a year earlier and he wants into coaching really bad

your program is coming apart at the seems

Franklin was seen with Prince wearing purple according to my "friend" who just happened to be in San Antonio.  Losing 2 coaches isn't that big of a deal, especially when we are getting better guys.

God Nebraska fans are dumb.

We're fine.  If you knew anything about our team you'd realize the reason we lost as many games as we did this year is because the Tampa 2 doesn't defend the inside running game well.  With Morris leaving we'll move to another defensive scheme that is meant for the college ranks and defends the various types of offenses we'll see.

I wouldn't be surprised if Prince didn't even hire a new OC and just took the job upon himself like Snyder had done on occasions.

1. Morris was offered a job in the NFL with a multi-year contract that probably pays more than he's making now....   Yet, he took the job because he hates his boss?

2. We lose two coaches that were in control of Offense and the Offensive line....   The two weakest links....   Regardless of if they quit or if they were fired... who cares.

3. We pick up a pretty decent hire... although he is from Baylor... resume's still impressive...

But no, you're right...   we are screwed.    :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah: :blahblah:

It's got to be the inbreeding in Cornhole country . . . that has to be it.   No other way to explain the stupidity.

45 guest at 7 AM. Holy crap. Husker fan, wtf is wrong with you?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Normally coordinators like to bring some of their people with them.  Do we expect additional coaching moves?

So we still have Wallerstedt, Latimore, Tibesar, and James Jones.

I know absolutely nothing about James Jones and I can't recall anyone ever making a post about him.  What are the opinions about him?

look, rb coaches don't leave to be coordinators unless they really, really, really hate the head coach.

everyone knows that rb coach is a higher paid, more respected position than offensive coordinator.

Agreed . . . excellent point.  Leaving a school as a position coach for a coodinators job at another school is a clear sign of hatred towards the head coach at the old school and unresolved issues with your mother as well.

You know why all of these guys got big promotions, right?  It's because we were a supremely awesome team last year.  When you tie for second in the North, you've got to take the bad with the good.

We were decent at TE, so he must be ok.

True, look at the two years prior.  The North was incredible and KSU was forced to finish last and fifth in the North during that period.

If I remember correctly he killed a bunch of people in some So. American country by having them drink the Kool Aid.

Send him over to GPC

Or maybe not.

Leonard most recently served as a special assignment scout in the New England Patriots organization and will take over as K-State’s tight ends coach in place of James Jones, whose contract was not renewed, Prince said.
